Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are only offered in the event of a defect. 

Returns must be brought to my attention within 48 hours of receiving an item and return shipping charges (if they apply) will be at your expense. Items must not be worn not used or tampered with and must be placed in their original packaging. Please contact us at rusticroseboutique19@gmail.com for instructions on how to return your item.

Oopsie items are sold AS IS, these items already have flaws and defects that you have been made aware of therefore all sales are final.
